Question by swoop: Where can I buy wholesale urban men clothing?
I’m planning on opening my own business and I’m looking for a good place to buy wholesale clothing mostly for men but for woman’s clothing as well. I’m looking for clothing styles such as urban outfitters, h&m, and forever21. I’m also hopping that I could order the clothing online as well. Can anyone help me please?

I wouldn’t sell anything that you just bought on eBay unless you got it at clearance price (and barely then). EBay tends to get much lower prices than retail and often times below what the stores buy it for, so you’d be hard pressed to find low enough prices often enough that you aren’t going to have a lot of competition for (like SMC or whatever infomercial that is). I’ve sold on eBay long enough that I know.

Hey Yahoo community,

I would like it if people only answer if they have had personal experience or been involved with jewelery.

I was wondering if there is a company out there that manufactures and sells jewelery that offers drop shipping or wholesale that is NOT on a set commission base? I have searched for Jewelery drop ship and wholesale online but most of those that come up are more of a marketing/banner program more or less, not direct sales.

What I want to do basically is to open a jewelery store online. I am willing to store the jewelery at home or operate as a drop ship reseller but I can’t seem to find many wholesale companies that look legitimate. Also, I want to stay far away from programs like Doba and those eBay Drop Shipping companies. I want to be able to set my own price and what ever the difference is between the manufacture price and price I set, will be my profit. All the other so-called drop ship/wholesale jewelery sites I found on search are pinned to 20% commission or just banner/marketing programs. I am looking for a true reselling opportunity.

Any links or phone numbers would be greatly appreciated!

Jason,it is true that lots of the dropshipper advertisements are middleman or trade companies have you ever thought of finding the directly supplier from China, if so , Yiwu is a good place, I know lots of foreigners source jewelery from there, good luck!

I am not aware from the any makeup suppliers of china but i know some cheap supplier of uk at wholesalepages.co.uk give them a look may be they will meet your requirement who knows

good luck, they are hard to come by and when they do people won’t give you their hard worked info. I wanted to do drop shipping but it was hard because now the drop shippers are selling on eBay along with you and they are a lot cheaper!

what I did was open my own blog and have ebay and amazon along with others sell their products thru me! all I got is the affiliates %.

If your a wholesaler you cant sell at retail and a retailer cant sell at wholesale. Yet companies have ways of doing this in a legal way. For example: Microsoft Xbox distributes there Xbox product to stores at at wholesale prices but you can also buy the product directly from the Microsoft retail website. How do they get around these wholesale laws? If i wanted to do something similar do i have to create a new company and have 2 companies 1 for retail and 1 for distributing wholesale? Thanks

Then as you get your customers.
And you become more Experienced in page design on E-Bay
start up your web site in parallel
using E-Bay to Advertise your site
